Your CRM.
Your identity.
A familiar appearance.

Design your login and workspace to match your company, with selected templates, coordinated colour profiles and a preview before activation.

Two designers. One brand identity.

A strong first impression.
A consistent workspace.

Login and backend serve different purposes. Design them independently while maintaining a shared visual identity.

01 · LOGIN-PAGE DESIGNER

Welcome to your company.

Logo, layout, background and greeting shape the login page. Templates offer a quick start; German and English text can be maintained separately.

02 · BACKEND THEME DESIGNER

Orientation for every working day.

Navigation, buttons, tables and active rows share a colour language. Choose a profile or derive shades from your primary colour.

Login Page Designer

From calm and minimal
to distinctly branded.

Choose a layout family first. Then adjust the logo, colours, text and background.

Clean & Minimal

A centred form and calm surfaces. Clean White and Soft Cloud provide a restrained starting point.

Split Accent

Form and brand panel side by side. Split Accent and Architect Grid give your message room.

Editorial & atmosphere

Editorial Split and Forest Calm combine login with your own photography. Shown here schematically with a graphic.

Champagne Atelier and Bordeaux Signature add warm and expressive styles. All images are illustrative layout examples.

Your content, applied with control

More than a background image.

The designer brings together the elements that shape your login page.

01

Logo & imagery

Scale and align your logo and design the photo panel or background. Uploaded files must meet supported formats and security checks.

02

German & English

Maintain greetings, placeholders and footer text in both languages. Content remains independent of the selected layout.

03

Drafts & revisions

Work on a new design as a draft first. Activate it after review or restore a saved previous version when needed.

Backend Theme Designer

One colour.
A coherent workspace.

Try eight profile directions or enter your brand colour. Navigation, the button and the active row respond immediately in the preview.

Choose your look.

Interactive illustration

The preview uses illustrative colours. It changes only this display and does not save any CRM settings.

Button contrast…Text colour on the primary surface
Custom Corporate Design

Derive colours.
Check readability deliberately.

A primary colour is the starting point. A usable interface also needs suitable text colours, shades and recognisable states.

01

Coordinated shades

Derive active surfaces, subtle borders and hover states from the chosen colour. A preview shows how they work together.

02

Make contrast visible

The ratio between button background and text is calculated. The demo chooses black or white text; other elements require separate checks.

03

Preserve status colours

Success, warning and error retain their meaning. Text and symbols complement colour so that states are not communicated by colour alone.

Checking one colour combination does not confirm full accessibility. That also involves keyboard use, focus indicators, labels and testing the complete interface.

From an idea to an active design

Design first.
Then approve deliberately.

New designs should be reviewed before they change everyday work.

  1. Choose a template or colour

Start with a login layout or colour profile and add the relevant brand content.

  2. Work as a draft

Prepare changes separately. The active design remains in place until approval.

  3. Review the preview

Check login, navigation, tables, buttons and relevant states. Test supported CRM views before activation.

  4. Activate or restore

Release the reviewed version. Saved revisions support a controlled return to an earlier design.

Integration & operations

Design as an extension.
Keep compatibility in view.

Branding capabilities use a separate design layer. Changes to individual views must fit the installed SuiteCRM version.

01

Token-based styling

Control colours and states through defined design values instead of manually changing individual core files for each customer instance.

02

Prepare for updates

Before a SuiteCRM update, check that login, core views and custom extensions still display correctly.

03

Plan a return path

Previous revisions and the option to return to the default support controlled operations. The specific scope follows the relevant release approval.

Good to know

Questions about the Branding Suite.

Answers about design, previews and operations.

Can login look different from the backend?

Yes. The Login Page Designer and Backend Theme Designer are independent. An expressive login can be combined with a restrained workspace.

Are the preview colours the definitive product values?

No. The interactive display illustrates profile directions and button contrast. Actual product values and supported views are shown in the designer or demo.

How is button contrast calculated?

The preview compares the primary surface's luminance with black and white text and chooses the higher-contrast option. The displayed ratio applies to that combination.

Can we use our company logo and images?

Your own logos and images are part of the design. Supported formats, sizes and security checks depend on the upload area.

Can drafts be viewed before activation?

Drafts can be reviewed before approval. The CRM views available for preview depend on the released feature scope.

Does this guarantee compatibility with every future SuiteCRM update?

A separate design layer avoids directly overwriting core files. New versions and custom extensions still need compatibility testing.

Can text be maintained in German and English?

Separate German and English text is intended for login design. This is independent of the language directories on this website.
